Phat Chords

Learn how to make ordinary chords sound super fat using these techniques. I will break down some of my favorite chords and show you how I “fatten up” my chord harmony using certain tensions and intervals.

I’ll teach you how to build chords from scales and how to break them up into funk grooves. You’ll also learn about my “mini” clusters and how to apply them to your playing. I’m also going to show you many bassline ideas that will get your left-hand sounding super hip!

The DVD includes the sheet music, audio examples and MIDI file on the disc. Simply put it into your computer’s DVD drive to print the music and watch the DVD, or your TV’s DVD player to watch on your TV.

Running time: 1 hour 12 minutes

WHY DO YOU USE A F NATURAL WHEN YOU PLAY THE E7?
YOU HAVE THE ROOT E ON THE LEFT HAND.
THE G# (5TH)
THE D (b7TH)
then the F
why the F?
